After losing my best friend Francelina at the weigh-in, all I wanted to do was crawl into my bed and lick my wounds. But of course, the beautiful and dramatic Alison Sweeney informs us that our night is just beginning. One more person will be leaving the ranch. That's right! This week is about facing your fears and one person is about to take on the fear of leaving the ranch. They will be taken to an off-campus location and have to spend the week away from the trainers, the gym, and the other contestants. The person who leaves the ranch will be determined by a pop challenge.

With Lisa gone, it is more important than ever to come together as a team and make every second in the gym count. Lisa was our motivator. She would get us up early every morning, she would pull us off the couch when we didn't want to go walking, and she made sure we were all eating right. Basically, Lisa was the mom of the group and now it's like we have been kicked out of the nest. We have to learn to fly on our own.

Week 4, Ho!
Red team is definitely feeling the pressure. We have just eliminated Cate and all we want to do is eat dinner and get some rest.
But it wouldn't be a week on the Biggest Loser ranch if there weren't a wrench tossed into our plan. Alison Sweeney and the trainers (Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Dolvett Quince) walk into the kitchen and tell us that three more people will be leaving the ranch. Automatically, our first thought is "NO! We can't eliminate three more people tonight!"

Hi everyone, I am so excited to be blogging for TVGuide.com each week and hope you will all follow me on my weight loss journey.
What brought me to The Biggest Loser was simple: my need for weight loss and my desire to be healthy. I saw the commercial on my local TV station for the casting and thought I had way too much going on in my life to audition. But then I thought about it again and realized if I don't make the time now I never will. I thought this would be an opportunity for me to inspire the youth group I volunteer for (Ogden OUTreach Resource Center); I wanted the kids I work with to see me take the first step to a healthier life and hopefully inspire them to do the same.

Week 16 certainly began like nothing we've ever seen or experienced before in the history of the show. The contestants all threatened to leave the ranch! Apparently they heard the past players of the season would get to compete for one slot in the finale. The remaining contestants thought that it wasn't fair to them and wanted to leave. After several discussions between the lawyer, producers, Bob and myself, Jeremy, Conda, and Kim decided to stay. Buddy and Mark left which was really disappointing to me.

This week's Biggest Loser episode opened with my Red Team (RT) joining the Black Team (BT) in the elimination room after the BT sent Daphne home. They all were told that they would be heading home the following day for 18 days and then return for a weigh-in! I thought this was the perfect time to put their habits to the test.

Days of our Lives
Longtime audience favorite Bryan Dattilo returns to Days of Our Lives Feb. 29 as prodigal screwup Lucas Horton, a character who left Salem two years ago to take a high-powered job in Hong Kong. The reason for Dattilo's exit from the NBC soap is quite another story! The actor gave TV Guide Magazine the juicy scoop on his termination, his comeback and the latest chapter in the Lucas-Sami sexcapades.
