Belle and Shawn attend their high school reunion where they catch up with Susan, Cynthia, Jason, Penny and Mr. Woods. Belle runs into Philip and the tension is thick, while Shawn tells Kevin how much he enjoys married life. Chloe arrives and admits to Philip that she still has feelings for him. When he gently rejects her, Chloe realizes something is going on between him and Belle. Chloe scolds Belle for sneaking around behind Shawn's back... while Belle has her own axe to grind upon learning Chloe divorced Brady. Refusing to keep quiet, Chloe tells Shawn about Philip and Belle being at a hotel together, just as Shawn and Belle are called to the stage to accept a High School Sweethearts trophy. A panicked Lucas tells Kate his gun is in transit through a delivery service. Kate tells Lucas to get ahold of the courier and make sure they leave the package in the warehouse. Meanwhile, EJ plants a baby monitor in Lucas' apartment, and when Bo and Abe show up with a search warrant, EJ learns Lucas had a gun. The cops don't find the weapon, but EJ overhears Lucas' tracking number for a package and writes it down. Kate tells Lucas to get to the warehouse to pick up the gun in person, while EJ suspects Sami and Lucas conspired together to shoot him. An angry EJ confronts Sami about her true feelings for him. Steve and Kayla fool around like a couple of kids in the back seat of their car...but are accidentally interrupted by Hope! Hope and Kayla have a heart-to-heart about Belle's affair, and Hope considers telling Shawn the truth.

While on a ride-along with paramedics, Carter drives the ambulance through a riot to get back to the hospital and accidentally hits a teenage boy. Jeanie is pursued by both Reggie and Dr. Baker. Lucy struggles to convince an Asian family that they should tell the grandmother that she has a fatal tumor. Hathaway decides not to leave with Ross even though she's pregnant. She also keeps her pregnancy a secret from him. Weaver treats a celebrity wrestler. A paramedic dies from a gunshot wound, and Carter thinks the bullet was meant for him. Kubby awakens from a coma and admits she stabbed herself. But Mobalage, who was tortured in his native country of Nigeria, awaits a deportation hearing for forging his visa.
