The network is developing a half-hour comedy featuring Cosby as the patriarch of a multi-generational family. According to Deadline, which first reported the news, Cosby is once again partnering with producer Tom Werner, who produced The Cosby Show.

Fox Being Sued, Accused of "Blatant Plagiarism" with New Girl Pilot

Two writers are going to court accusing Fox's New Girl of "blatant plagiarism" of their pilot script.

According to the lawsuit (obtained by The Hollywood Reporter), Stephanie Counts and Shari Gold claim the comedy is ripped from their script Square One. In addition to money and credit, they are demanding a "public apology" and an injunction to halt further filming and distribution of the popular series.

After coming under fire for saying there shouldn't be a gay or bisexual Bachelor star because it'd be "too hard too watch," Juan Pablo Galavis posted an apology on Facebook Saturday, blaming the language barrier for any alleged anti-gay remarks.

The Venezuelan football player and current Bachelor clarified that he didn't mean to say gay people were "more pervert," but that he meant they're just "too racy" to be on television.
