What to Expect When Seth Meyers Takes Over Late Night

Seth Meyers, Time Magazine

When Seth Meyers takes over Late Night from Jimmy Fallon on Feb. 24, don't expect the same song and dance — literally.

Fallon's most popular Late Night sketches include the recurring "History of Rap," "History of Dance" and unconventional music covers segments, but Meyers wants to do something new. But with the return of creator Dan Harmon, the show has regained the sense of deliberate chaos and freewheeling playfulness that originally earned it such a devoted (and vocal) fan base.

Comparing Harmon to Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad) and Mitch Hurwitz (Arrested Development), both of whom are guest-starring this season, McHale preached the benefits of letting a series be dictated by a singular vision. Miley Cyrus Claims She's Just Playing a Character

Miley Cyrus

Don't confuse the tongue-wagging, awkward twerking Miley Cyrus of pop culture confused with the real person, Cyrus tells the New York Times in a new interview.
