The Vampire Diaries' second season took a sharp turn when one of the show's innocent teens, Caroline (Candice Accola), became a vampire. Executive producer Kevin Williamson says he never doubted which of the series' humans he wanted to take to the dark side.
"I said, 'We need a game-changer, and if one of these characters had to be a vampire, who would you want to see?' I wanted to see Caroline," Williamson told TVGuide.com.
Blue Mountain State
Denise Richards arrived in New York with ex-husband Charlie Sheen to treat their kids to their first trip to the Big Apple and promote her upcoming arc on Spike's Blue Mountain State — then, as you probably know, she got a little sidetracked.
In the wee hours of Tuesday, Sheen checked himself into a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, while the kids were none the wiser.
It's time for another twist to the Biggest Loser game. Only two players — one per team to be chosen by their opponent — will face off to determine if Blue or Black is up for elimination. Anticipating they might be called out, Jesse and Jessica head to the gym bright and early.
At the Four Seasons, chefs Curtis Stone and Lorena Garcia are on hand for the players' latest task. Lorena is excited to be there since she lost 60 pounds herself from healthy eating and exercise.
Bryan T. Donovan, Nikki Wood
Bryan Donovan knows about using humor as a coping mechanism. The star of Bravo's Thintervention says, "It's easier to laugh at yourself before somebody else does." But the jolly fat guy isn't so fat anymore -- he lost 39 pounds during the six-week program. Donovan tells TVGuide.com about his first impression of trainer Jackie Warner, which fellow trainee surprised him the most, and what his favorite workout challenge was. Hint: It included wearing a pink bolero jacket.
Victoria Justice's career is about to get a little bit hairier.
In a new Nickelodeon original movie, The Boy Who Cried Werewolf, Justice plays Jordan Sands. When Jordan moves to an inherited castle in Romania with her brother and father, her life changes forever when she steps on a vile of werewolf blood.
On this week's Vampire Diaries, the quest to take down Katherine was futile once again. The episode began with Stefan and Elena cuddling in bed. Over on the other side of town, Mason and Katherine are rolling around under the sheets as well. It's not long before she asks him about the moonstone. "Don't you trust me?" Katherine asks. Elena, meanwhile, is still giving Stefan his daily dose of blood. Both Katherine and Elena tell their men they love them. There should be a new drinking game for this show with the amount of "I love you's" always thrown out.
When Kirsten Prout's agent suggested she take a role in MTV's My Super Psycho Sweet 16 Part 2, the Twilight: Eclipse actress says she thought, "Are you kidding?"
But once Prout read the script, she loved it. "You can take this material that's geared to a certain demographic, but give it depth, smarten it up, make it fun, and also give it heart," Prout tells TVGuide.com. "It's got that John Hughes feeling, but it's also got that Halloween vibe."
