When CBS announced that its long-running sitcom Rules of Engagement would be moved to Saturday nights at 8/7c when it returns October 8, one person didn't take the news well: series star Patrick Warburton.
"What a sh-- time slot," Warburton told TV Guide Magazine at the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen on September 10. "The scripts are great and we're having a lot of fun doing the show, but God knows if anybody's gonna find us on Saturday night."

"Can I get a 'pop pop'?" TV Guide Magazine's L.A. Bureau Chief Michael Schneider, who moderated the Community panel, asked a crowd of 2,000 fans before the cast hit the stage at Comic-Con. The audience channeled their inner Magnitude and obliged enthusiastically, setting the tone of fan love for the rest of the hour-long session. The entire cast — minus Alison Brie, who was unavailable due to a filming conflict — ran on stage to deafening cheers, with the loudest being reserved for Donald Glover and Joel McHale. But the surprise cast member of the hour was Annie's Boobs, Greendale's resident monkey, who delivered the Community Season 2 DVD to creator Dan Harmon. The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson
Bonjour, Monsieur Ferguson! Craig Ferguson and the Late Late Show team hopped across the pond in June to tape a week's worth of shows in Paris (they begin airing August 1).
"Craig has spent a lot of time there," producer Michael Naidus tells TV Guide Magazine. "He wrote his novel while he lived there. It's a city he knew very well and liked a lot." The host, who retitled his show Le Late Late Show Avec Craig Ferguson for the week, was joined by good friend, actress Kristen Bell (Heroes) and his robot sidekick Geoff as they journeyed through the City of Lights, conducting impromptu interviews with local Parisians against breathtaking backdrops.
