OWN's Serving Life is Affirming

Serving Time

Though not reflected in the ratings, the Documentary Club is one thing the Oprah Winfrey Network is doing right. Serving Life, which premieres Thursday at 9/8c, makes the channel 3-for-3 in its presentation of feature-length cultural studies.

The riveting Serving Life focuses on four new volunteers in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola's hospice program — all long-term inmates themselves. VIDEO: CNN's Don Lemon Rolls Eyes at CNN

Jon Stewart

The Daily Show put an ingenious reel together of CNN's Don Lemon expressing bewilderment at various on-air quirks and soft-news segments (stuff like how much it would cost to enroll in the fictional Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry or a guy who dresses as a devil to illustrate just how hot it is outside). The segment, "CNN Anchor Don Lemon appears to not care for CNN," courtesy of The Daily What, and it's hilarious...
