Turns out he bribed Lauren with seven minutes in heaven -- but he apparently couldn't deliver more than three. "You're really not good at this," she says after kissing him. Lindsay Lohan is due in court Wednesday afternoon, where the Los Angeles District Attorney's office plans to file a felony count of grand theft against the Mean Girls actress, a D.A. spokesperson tells TVGuide.com.
The charge springs from an allegation that Lohan, 24, stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., store on Jan. 22, nearly three weeks after she was released from court-ordered rehab, stemming from a 2007 DUI case.
