USA Network has ordered three drama pilots to add to its slate of original programming, Variety reports.

"[NBC Universal] is investing in our success," Jeff Wachtel, USA's president of programming, told the trade paper.  "We need to step up our game. It's not a new strategy, but if you want to maintain and build on what you've achieved, you better step up your game."
