Terri Seymour has requested a restraining order against a woman who's charged with assaulting her outside the American Idol finale taping, a rep for the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed to TVGuide.com

Mike Tyson's Daughter Dies After Hanging Accident

Mike Tyson's 4-year-old daughter, Exodus Tyson, has died after accidentally hanging herself on a piece of exercise equipment at home.

Phoenix Police Department Officer James Holmes told TVGuide.com that Exodus Tyson died at 11:45 a.m. (MST) in what he called a "tragic accident." An autopsy is expected to be performed. Holmes said the family is asking for privacy in the matter.
