What can you tell me about Twelve and Clara's dynamic on Doctor Who? — Aisha
Things will be very different between the pair now that the Doctor — to put it gently — has a few more years on him. In fact, without her schoolgirl crush influencing her, Clara begins to come into her own and be more assertive in their relationship. "I think she succeeds in dominating him, telling him what to do," Peter Capaldi teases. But don't expect him to be a total pushover. "She can only get so far with that," Capaldi says. "Then he'll turn. He often turns."

What is Juice up to when the new season of Sons of Anarchy begins? — Luke
Since he both "betrayed" Jax and killed the sheriff to protect Gemma, he's understandably keeping a low profile. Naturally, his hideout is soon discovered, which forces Juice to take even more drastic action to keep his secret safe.... read more

Surgical Instruments: The Knick's Cliff Martinez on Creating the Show's Musical Heartbeat

Cliff Martinez

If you were initially thrown by the modern, electronic music used to score Steven Soderbergh's 1900-set medical drama The Knick, you are not alone: The idea also caught the show's composer, Cliff Martinez, off guard at first.

Bill can't die! I know everyone does on True Blood, but please tell me that he takes the cure. — Andrea
With only two episodes to go, there are a lot of narrative threads to tie up, including the issue of Bill's mortality. I will only say this: At least one original cast member will say goodbye for good this week. In possibly related news, a longstanding love triangle will be resolved and you'll see one of the show's weirdest — and funniest — sex scenes between a long-unrequited pair.

I can't believe they're already giving DiNozzo a new love interest on NCIS. — Susan

8 Reasons You Need to Watch Cinemax's The Knick

Clive Owen

Do you ever sit in your doctor's waiting room, impatiently sighing and checking your watch? Cinemax's new drama might just give you an attitude adjustment.

Set in New York in 1900, The Knick takes a bloody, unflinching look at the birth of modern medicine. Created by Jack Amiel and Michael Begler and elevated by the slick direction of (not-so-retired) Steven Soderbergh, the medical drama stars Clive Owen as Dr. John Thackery, a brilliant surgeon at The Knickerbocker Hospital who spends his days shooting up liquid cocaine and his nights sleeping in an opium den. That's probably because, despite Thackery's gifts, most of his patients die on his operating table as he and his fellow doctors experiment with what today are basic surgical procedures. (And all without wearing gloves!)

Halt and Catch Fire Bosses Talk Season 2 Hopes, Answer "Burning" Finale Questions

Lee Pace

[WARNING: The following story contains spoilers from the Season 1 finale of AMC's Halt and Catch Fire. Read at your own risk.]

Things literally caught fire on Sunday's Season 1 finale of AMC's Halt and Catch Fire.

Despite the roller coaster ride that was Comdex in the penultimate episode, Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) & Co. were able to sell enough units of the Cardiff Electric Giant to earn Joe and Gordon (Scoot McNairy) an 8 percent stake in the company. But Joe, who was still smarting from seeing Apple's talking Macintosh and his breakup with Cameron (Mackenzie Davis), just couldn't leave well enough alone.

Can Halt and Catch Fire reboot AMC's drama slate?

No longer satisfied to just hawk a "faster, cheaper IBM clone," Joe... read more
