This happens to be the second time in four days I'm catching "Scarecrow." Last weekend I went to an event held at the Directors Guild in Los Angeles to find out what the cast and crew had to say about this show I've grown quite fond of. It was all part of the William S. Paley Television Festival, which the Museum of Television & Radio presents every year. Creator Eric Kripke chose to screen "Scarecrow" because it has so many great elements, like the spooky monster-of-the-week, dysfunctional drama, some nice comedic touches and the introduction of one of the big bads — Meg Masters. All I'll say is that it was cool watching it on a big screen with a fierce sound system. And the cast, along with Kripke and various other executive producers

Is there room for two queen bees on All My Children? Martha Stewart appears in the March 28 episode as a guest on "New Beginnings," the fictional talk-show-within-a-soap hosted by Erica Kane. Of course, it won't be the first time Stewart and Susan Lucci have done daytime TV together. La Lucci was among the domestic goddess' inaugural guests when Martha debuted last fall. To refresh your memory, here's a lovely photo.

Five weeks after being seriously injured in an Iraqi explosion, ABC News' Bob Woodruff is taking "a lot of great leaps forward" and is "definitely doing so much better," his brother, David, tells the Associated Press. In a cover-story interview for Vanity Fair, Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher reveals that at the age of 5, she was the victim of sexual abuse at the hands of her uncle — and just a few years ago played a major role in having him prosecuted and sentenced to 14 years in prison for molesting someone else. "I'm 41 years old and it's time for me to stop hiding," she tells the magazine. "I don't want to pretend it didn't happen anymore."

Tonight's episode was brought to you by Acme Climbing Ropes. Why else would they be rappelling down a building and climbing up a waterfall in the same day? Also, what's up with these mornings when everyone is assigned different start times but then the place doesn't open until after everyone gets there? It's a cheap way to squeeze some suspense out of another cab ride. I'm glad they got out of São Paolo early on. Last week's helicopter ride was pretty, but it sure doesn't have much else in the way of telegenic tourist attractions.
I'm guessing that the partnership of Eric and Jeremy and BJ and Tyler will last as long as they stay at the front of the pack, but the minute they're in jeopardy, it's history. Eric and Jeremy

Young and the Restless heartthrob Don Diamont (Brad) ranks No. 1 on the "100 Sexiest Soap Hunks of All Time" list compiled by the Shrine to the Soap Hunks (www.soaphunks.net). Chock-full of drool-worthy eye candy, this frothy fan site rates suds actors based on face, body, overall sex appeal and how many years they've worked in daytime. (It's the only place in showbiz where age is actually an advantage!) While the judges' scoring is sometimes questionable — Days of our Lives' Kevin Spirtas (Craig) is hotter than Jensen Ackles (ex-Eric)?! — this soapy shrine is still my preferred place of worship.
