Roush on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Question: When it began, I found
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles to be a nice, slightly above average show. I enjoyed it, but if I missed an episode I would shrug and move on with my life. Then, Brian Austin Green arrived. If I missed an episode, straight to the PC I would go, needing my
Terminator fix. My question is, does Fox realize how much Green brought to the show? It is to the point that if they don't keep his character, I'll probably drop the show. Since it is a violent show, and Green is only a guest star, I could see him getting killed off, which would be a tragedy. I know I shoud be grateful we're even getting a second season, and I'm being really greedy, but maybe you could lay my fears to rest?

Matt Roush: Great timing on this question, which arrived just as Fox officially announced its pickup of the show for next season, and in the release, stated that Green is now a cast regular. His arrival gave the show a powerful new character as well as an important link to the future (and insights into the future John Connor), and I love the tension between him and Cameron. So while it's good news that Terminator is officially back, it's even better news that Derek comes with the package.
