After six seasons as a favorite fixture on the WB (and one final, often disappointing season on the CW), Amy Sherman-Palladino's
Gilmore Girls came to an end last spring. But don't fret: You can still get your fix of single-mom Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and daughter Rory (Alexis Bledel) as they support each other through romantic heartache and family headaches, and as they share BFF moments in the small town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. The show also saw a number of memorable guest appearances, including Madeleine Albright, The Bangles, Marion Ross and Sonic Youth. All 153 episodes appear on 42 discs, housed in a cute doll case. Extras include unaired scenes, making-of featurettes, commentary, a cast documentary, an interactive map of Stars Hollow, a look at the changing fashions of Lorelai and Rory and a collectible book that explains all of the pop-culture "Gilmore-isms" that made the show so endearing to so many.
