Report: L.A. Reid to Judge X Factor; Will Enrique Iglesias Host?
Island Def Jam chairman Antonio "L.A." Reid will join Simon Cowell at the judges table on The X Factor, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sources tell the trade that Reid, whose contract with Universal Music is up in December, will leave early to join the Fox singing competition set to debut in September.
Paula Abdul, Mariah Carey, Nicole Scherzinger and George Michael are also rumored to be in contention to round out the four-person judges' table.
Enrique Iglesias, meanwhile, has reportedly been approached to host the series, Deadline reports. The 35-year-old singer has a little experience in that area, having co-hosted Live with Regis and Kelly. He's also appeared on CBS comedies How I Met Your Mother and Two and a Half Men.

Reps for the Fox series did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
