Los Angeles police arrested a former American Idol hopeful who they say was peeking into the windows of Britney Spears' Calabassas, Calif., home, Us Weekly reports.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was wearing camouflage and carrying a camera when she trespassed Spears' property Thursday morning, according to police. She was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct, and then released.

Spears, who performed Thursday night at L.A.'s Staples Center, was not home at the time.

Tozier-Robbins, 26, auditioned for the fifth season of Idol, performing Spears' song "Everytime." She chronicled her experience on her blog Idol Fever Approaching.

Tozier-Robbins is due in court on June 16.
