Willow Palin, the 16-year-old daughter of Sarah Palin, wrote homophobic slurs in a Facebook rant defending her mother's new TLC reality show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, TMZ reports.

According to screen grabs obtained by TMZ, the teen wrote the remarks Sunday night after a user named Tre wrote, "Sarah Palin's Alaska is failing so hard right now." Tre went to school with the Palin children, TMZ said.

She added in a second post: "Haha your [sic] so gay. I have no idea who you are, But what I've seen pictures of, your disgusting ... My sister had a kid and is still hot."

Her comments elicited heated responses from other users, one of whom named Matt called her sister, Bristol Palin, fat. "And Matt. Your [sic] effin fat as hell. Stfu," Palin wrote.
