Singer and actress Willa Ford and former NHL star Mike Modano are divorcing after five years.
"It is with great sadness that after five years of marriage, Willa and Mike have decided to divorce," the pair told People in a statement. "They remain friends and wish each other success and happiness."

Ford, 31, and Modano, 42, wed in 2007 after nearly five years together. They have no children.
Ford, who previously dated Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, first rose to fame in 2001 with her single "I Wanna Be Bad." She finished sixth on Season 3 of Dancing with the Stars and currently appears on Magic City.
Modano, who spent 16 of his 21 NHL seasons with the Minnesota North Stars/Dallas Stars franchise, retired last year.
