NBC Orders Pilots From Will Ferrell, The Office's Greg Daniels

NBC has ordered three comedy pilots, including ones from Will Ferrell and The Office showrunner Greg Daniels.
Assistance is about a working girl assistant pulled between her colleague, who is also her fiancé, and her crazy, demanding boss. Ferrell will executive-produce along with Adam McKay, Chris Henchy, Owen Burke and Leslye Headland, who will also write the pilot.

Daniels' comedy, currently untitled, will look at the trials and tribulations of dating in your 20s. The project will focus on the character Matthew, who gets back into the dating field at the urging of his three best friends. Daniels will executive-produce with Tracy Katsky, Howard Klein and Robert Padnick, who will pen the script.

Donor Party, from Magic City executive producer Geyer Kosinski , is an ensemble comedy about an irresponsible man forced to grow up when he discovers he has kids from his time as a sperm donor. When one of the single moms contacts him, he begins to have a relationship with her and the child he didn't know he had.
