The Who will headline the Super Bowl XLIV halftime show, according to Sports Illustrated.
Springsteen Born to Run Super Bowl halftime show
The English rock band, best known for records such as Tommy and Who Are You, will follow in the footsteps of last year's performers, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. The band performed at last year's championship, which pulled in 95.4 million viewers.
Calls to the band's record label were not returned and the NFL would not comment on the report. Super Bowl XLIV will take place in Miami on Feb. 7, 2010.
