After declaring herself to be in "terrific" health following a hospitalization for a respiratory infection, Whitney Houston took to the stage Tuesday in Birmingham, England, and, well, she didn't sound so terrific. Case in point: Her mangled performance of "I Will Always Love You."
The singer, who's making a comeback following a battle with drug addiction and her divorce from Bobby Brown, started off a little shaky, and then things took a turn for the worse.

Actually, things came to a complete halt. After taking nearly a minute to compose herself, Houston, 46, delivered the song's signature, big-note finale in such off-key caterwauling that you will get chills — for all the wrong reasons.
