A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Cuba Gooding Jr. after the actor allegedly shoved a female bartender early Tuesday morning, TMZ reports.
According to the report, Gooding got into an altercation with patrons who were taking his photo at New Orleans' The Old Absinthe Bar on Bourbon Street. When a female bartender approached the Jerry Maguire actor and asked him to leave, the Oscar winner shoved her against a wall.

Another employee then called the police, but before Gooding left the bar he shoved the bartender again, according to TMZ.
The New Orleans Police Department has now issued a misdemeanor battery warrant for Gooding. Officers have been ordered to arrest the actor on sight.
Gooding is currently filming The Butler in New Orleans. The movie, which also stars Liam Neeson and Nicole Kidman, chronicles a White House butler who served eight presidents over three decades.
