The 49-year old rocker was held at Clark County Detention Center following the arrest on Sunday, pending a court appearance.

Neil pleaded guilty to DUI and vehicular manslaughter in 1984 after a crash that killed Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley and seriouly injured two other passengers. Neil served 15 days of a 30-day sentence, logged 200 community service hours and paid $2.5 million restitution to the victims and their families.
