Former In Plain Sight star Todd Williams has been cast as Connor, a mysterious and powerful new vampire hunter who comes to Mystic Falls, TVGuide.com has learned. He will make his first appearance in the upcoming fourth season's second episode.

Williams spent two seasons on USA's In Plain Sight and was a series regular on the Fox drama The Chicago Code.
