Giuliana Rancic knew it would be difficult to discuss her miscarriage on her television show, Giuliana and Bill, but has no qualms about doing so. "We thought about it and were like, if we don't show this, then we're going to tape 10 episodes of complete lies," she says.

Only a portion of Season 3 will deal with the couple's fertility struggles. Giuliana promises the show will still be about the fun-loving couple that viewers came to know in the first two seasons. "We want to make marriage look cool and fun," she says.
