VH1 Cancels Ev and Ocho After Chad Johnson's Arrest

On the heels of Chad Johnson's arrest, VH1 has canceled the upcoming reality series Ev and Ocho, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Johnson was arrested on domestic violence charges after allegedly head-butting his wife of just over a month, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada. Johnson was subsequently released by the Miami Dolphins because of the incident.

"Due to unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series Ev and Ocho from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it," the network said in a statement.
Johnson and Lozada had been filming Ev and Ocho, which was set to premiere Sept. 3.
