V Switches Showrunner

Elizabeth Mitchell

ABC's new alien-invasion drama is going through another change: Scott Rosenbaum has been named executive producer of V, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

5 questions with V's Scott Wolf

Rosenbaum, an executive producer on NBC's Chuck, has stepped in to replace Scott Peters as showrunner. Peters will remain as an executive producer, along with Jace Hall.

This isn't the first change for the series. In September, the network announced that V, which is shot in Vancouver, would go on hiatus after Episode 4, then continue airing the remaining nine of the original 13-episode order after the Winter Olympics, which run Feb. 12-28.

Production on Episode 4 wrapped this week. The cast and crew will head back to Vancouver in January to continue working on the remaining episodes.

V premieres Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 8/7c on ABC.
