Uma Thurman has broken off her engagement to her fiance, multimillionaire Aprad Busson.
The pair split more than two months ago, but remain friends, a source close to the couple tells TVGuide.com.
Thurman's rep had no comment.

The couple, whose split was first reported by Us Weekly, started dating in 2007 and got engaged in June 2008 after Busson, 46, gave the actress an 8-carat ring.
Thurman, 39, was previously married to Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke, with whom she has two children. Busson has two children with Elle Macpherson.
