On Wednesday, June 29, Royal Pains will precede the launch of Necessary Roughness, which stars Callie Thorne (Rescue Me) as a hot divorcee who gets a job as a therapist for a professional football team. Marc Blucas (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Mechad Brooks (True Blood), Craig Bierko (Boston Legal) and Scott Cohen (Gilmore Girls) also star.
