Tyler Labine has had a change of heart about True Love: The Sons of Tucson star has joined the CBS comedy pilot, two months after turning down a role, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sons of Tucson's Tyler Labine: "A lovable scoundrel"

True Love follows four friends in New York with differing views on love. Jason Biggs plays Henry, a lawyer who falls for Kate (Minka Kelly) while he's in a relationship. Labine will play Henry's best friend, a fellow lawyer who doesn't believe in love. He replaces Dan Fogler in the role.

The actor was first offered the part in January, but declined because Sons had yet to premiere. He changed his mind after the Fox series underperformed in the ratings in its first three airings. Labine, 31, would stick with Sons if the comedy is renewed, The Hollywood Reporter said.
