Trent Reznor has two words for the Grammys after they cut his performance short: "F--- you."
Check out the best and worst Grammy performances
On Sunday night, the Nine Inch Nails singer, along with Fleetwood Mac singer/guitarist Lindsey Buckingham, Dave Grohl and Josh Homme, closed the show with a performance of "Copy of A." But the performance was abruptly cut short when the credits began rolling. Reznor immediately took to Twitter to air his frustration.
"Music's biggest night... to be disrespected. A heartfelt F--- YOU guys," Reznor wrote.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Recording Academy President Neil Portnow explained to reporters, "We save the end slot for something that is a bit of a jam, because you can have the energy go and then it's just a matter of the clock."
