Tracy Morgan's condition has been upgraded to fair, more than a week after he was involved in a deadly six-car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement," his rep told THRvia email. "His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

The 30 Rock star, 45, has been hospitalized since June 7, after a truck crashed into his limo bus on the turnpike. Comedian James McNair was killed in the crash, and fellow comedians Ardie Fuqua and Harris Stanton, as well as Morgan's assistant, Jeff Millea, were also injured. Millea has also been upgraded to fair condition.
Kevin Roper, a Walmart driver who is accused of causing the pileup when he swerved to avoid slowed traffic in front of him, has pleaded not guilty to charges of death by auto and assault by auto.
