Tracy Morgan was hospitalized in Park City, Utah, after falling unconscious, the actor's rep told TMZ.
"From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention," Lewis Kay said.

The 30 Rock actor, 43, was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards at the Sundance Film Festival when he fainted. He was rushed to Park City Medical Center.
"He is with his fiancée and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care," Kay said. "Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false."
