Tori Spelling and her kids are "shaken but fine" after getting into a car accident while being pursued by a celebrity photographer.
"Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school," Spelling tweeted Monday. "I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school." After the accident, the photographer was chased away by school moms as he continued to try and take pictures of Spelling and her family.

The 38-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, who is expecting her third child, went to the doctor to get checked out. "I think it's just shock," she tweeted.
"She's fine," the actress' rep tells TVGuide.com. "Shaken but fine."
