We're sensing some smoked salmon in our future. Top Chef: Seattle will premiere on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 10/9c on Bravo, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Bravo announces two scripted series, Top Chef and Real Housewives spin-offs
Judges Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons, Hugh Acheson and Emeril Lagasse will return for the tenth season, along with host Padma Lakshmi. The reality show will also welcome Wolfgang Puck as a new judge this year.
Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen, the web series hosted by Colicchio, will also return.
