Top Chef: All-Stars
10/9c Bravo
The all-star lineup is set with a roster of MVP chefs, fan-friendly foodies and villainous gastronomes stepping up to the plate. Season 8 of the food-preparation reality series opens with 18 past contestants returning to compete in New York City-based culinary events. They're thrown a culinary curve in tonight's premiere when they must recreate the dishes that caused their elimination during their previous stint on the show. Among the returnees: Richard Blais, Tiffani Faison, Spike Mendelsohn, Angelo Sosa, Marcel Vigneron and Fabio Viviani. Anthony Bourdain serves as a new seasonal judge, joining series regulars Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons. — Dean Maurer

America's Next Top Model

The 15th season concludes tonight with willowy but awkward Ann or experienced but commercial-looking Chelsey being crowned the winner. Ann dominated the first half of the competition but slacked off in recent weeks while Chelsey made impressive moves to get into the finale. If it comes down to the final runway, Chelsey should win, but this is the high-fashion cycle with the victor getting a spread in Vogue Italia, and Ann is definitely high fashion. But before all of that, the girls receive surprise visits from their parents and shoot a CoverGirl commercial. May the best model come out as the victor! — Tim Holland

Like the anchor leg in a relay race, the 11th and potentially deciding game of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge should be reserved for the top dogs, and that's just the case as Michigan State and Duke square off at Cameron Indoor Stadium in North Carolina. Few teams can match the embarrassment of talent on Tom Izzo and Mike Krzyzewski's rosters, which begins with senior guards Kalin Lucas and Nolan Smith. These are teams that could feature a different high scorer any night of the week, and we'll get to know all those players pretty well by March Madness, when a rematch at the Final Four in Houston is certainly possible. — Roger Leister

Psych

Psych shows some love for the cult classic Twin Peaks in tonight's clever episode, titled "Dual Spires." (Get it?!) Original "Twin Peaks" cast members Sherilyn Fenn, Sheryl Lee and Dana Ashbrook guest star in the tribute, in which Shawn and Gus receive a mysterious invitation to a festival in a small town. It doesn't take long for them to become wrapped up in the mystery surrounding a local teenager's drowning. — Brie Hearn

Grammy Nominations Concert Live

Justin Bieber dominated the recent American Music Awards but will he be a contender at the 2011 Grammy Awards? That question should be answered tonight as several key 2011 Grammy nominations are announced at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J hosts the third annual event that also includes performances from likely nominees, including Bieber, B.o.B, Miranda Lambert, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry. — Tim Holland

The outlook isn't exactly bright for our Ocean City duo as the first season wraps up. Gretchen's new husband paid the ultimate price last week for getting mixed up with Zeitlin, and since Zeitlin knows what Hank and Britt know about his nefarious airport scheme, Hank also knows that they could be next. Oh, and Britt's facing prison for beating up that student, and now that Katie knows about it, she has finally had it with him. Speaking of outlooks, chances for a Season 2 aren't all that bright, either, but if the producers did leave a loose end or two in case the show is renewed. — Paul Droesch

Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew

Socialite Jason Davis; former supermodel Janice Dickinson; ex-pop star Leif Garrett; actor Jeremy London (Party of Five); Frankie Lons, who is Keyshia Coles' biological mother; former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel and reality star Jason Wahler (The Hills) want to live clean and sober. The new cast checks in to the Pasadena Recovery Center, and Dr. Drew and staffers Bob Forrest, Shelley Sprague and Will Smith are there to help. Another episode follows immediately. — Fred Mitchell
