Ella reconnects with her daughter (Erica Durance) through a message videotaped before she died, and its content drives Lois to visit Clark's fortress, where she is surprised to find Jor-El and Lara. Where's Clark in all this? Busy helping Tess deal with her nightmares by investigating the orphanage of Granny Goodness (Christine Willes). — Rhoda Charles

Sticky questions, such as what was he doing in Chinatown while off duty, ensue, and put Jamie in the crosshairs of an Internal Affairs probe and in the uncomfortable position of having to lie to his own father — the police commissioner. — Tim Holland

The legend of King Arthur comes to life in this enjoyable 2010 retelling that puts a modern spin on the ancient story. Britt Robertson (Life Unexpected) stars as Allie Pennington, a new student at Avalon High who learns that members of a secret society called the "Order of the Bear" believe that King Arthur will one day be reincarnated and that his archenemy Mordred will also appear in an attempt to destroy him. As mysterious events unfold at school, Allie becomes convinced that Arthur is one of her classmates and that his evil stepbrother is Mordred. — Tim Holland
