Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Smile... You're Under Arrest!

Smile...You're Under Arrest
7 pm/ET Fox Reality
It's Punk'd for punks — real-life fugitives lured into sting operations, then arrested on TV. The law-enforcement agency making the arrests is the Maricopa County (Ariz.) Sheriff's Office, headed by Sheriff Joe Arpaio. And if you think that executive producer Scott Satin (Most Outrageous Moments) is exploiting the arrestees, remember this: They signed releases to appear on the show after their arrests. — Paul Droesch

Summer Olympics
8 pm/ET NBC
Relive last summer's biggest event as NBC offers an encore presentation of the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympic Games from Beijing. If you saw it in August, you'll remember the highlights. And if you didn't, here's a chance to see what everyone was talking about: fireworks, whales, air walkers — "extravaganza" just doesn't do it justice. — Dave Roeder

A Kiss at Midnight
9 pm/ET Hallmark
In tonight's original movie, Faith Ford plays a woman who learns a pitfall of Internet dating: falling in love. She registers with an online matching service to prove that her own in-person dating service is better. But when the Web site matches her with the site's owner (Cameron Daddo), the chemistry between the pair is undeniable. Can business and pleasure truly coexist? — Brie Hearn

Meineke Car Care Bowl
1 pm/ET ESPN
Eight bowls down, 26 to go, beginning with today's ACC-themed tripleheader on ESPN that travels from Charlotte to Orlando to San Francisco. The Meineke Car Care Bowl pits West Virginia against North Carolina and should be a little less muffled than in recent years as festive Tar Heel fans buy into UNC's second bowl in eight years. The final two games involve former football superpowers, as once-mighty Florida State plays Wisconsin in the Champs Sports Bowl and once-mighty Miami flies west to play California in a defacto home game for the Golden Bears, who were 7-0 in Berkeley this season. — Roger Leister
