Singer Toni Braxton has been hospitalized in Los Angeles because of issues related to Lupus.
"Hey guys, I'm in the hospital for health issues related to Lupus & Blood clots, I will be home soon...Thanks for all the love&support! Xoxo," Braxton tweeted Friday.

Two years ago, Braxton revealed she had been diagnosed with Lupus, a potentially fatal autoimmune disease. The singer also ails from a narrowing of the blood vessels in her heart.
