The women of The Talk took it all off for the Season 3 premiere. Co-hosts Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood went makeup-free during Monday's episode.
The hosts weren't the only ones to go au naturel. Guest Jamie Lee Curtis also appeared without makeup.
The show started off with side-by-side photo comparisons of the ladies, allowing viewers to see the hosts' extreme make-unders — not to mention ample opportunities for self-deprecating humor!

Underwood couldn't resist laughing as the before-and-after shots of her appeared on screen. "I'm glad you're applauding, but I'm more worried about scaring the children," she told the audience. Underwood also joked that the producers had put the wrong picture in the "before" slot, replacing the one of her in makeup with one of Rev. Al Sharpton.
