Twilight, Glee, Vampire Diaries Lead Teen Choice Awards Nominations
Twilight: Eclipse
Twilight Saga: Eclipse leads the first wave of the Teen Choice Awards nominations that Fox announced Wednesday.
The latest film in the series, Eclipse racked up 12 nominations, including Choice Movie: Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are both up for Choice Movie Actor: Sci-Fi/Fantasy, while Kristen Stewart will be competing for Choice Movie Actress: Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Stewart will compete against herself in the Choice Movie: Liplock category. She's nominated with both Lautner and Pattinson. Last year, The Twilight Saga: New Moon topped the awards with 12 wins.
Twilight dominates again at MTV Movie Awards
Leading the television categories: Glee with nine nominations, followed by The Vampire Diaries with seven nods. Glee is up for Choice TV Show: Comedy against The Big Bang Theory, iCarly, Modern Family and Wizards of Waverly Place. Vampire Diaries stars Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are both up for Choice TV Actor: Fantasy/Sci-Fi and Actress, respectively, and Choice Hottie.
Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez each earned six nominations and are up against each other for Choice Music: Love Song.
