Tate Donovan Cast in ABC's No Ordinary Family

Damages star Tate Donovan has joined the cast of the ABC pilot No Ordinary Family, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The drama is about a family with special powers. The Shield's Michael Chiklis will star as the father, Jim, a police sketch artist with abilities, and former Dexter star Julie Benz will portray his wife, a scientist with super speed.

Donovan, whose character on Damages was killed off in the third season, will play a mysterious pilot.
