Tara Reid has been hospitalized in Nice, France, for several days, TMZ reports.
Contrary to TMZ's claims that the American Pie star is suffering from acute pancreatitis, Reid tweeted Saturday that it's only a bad case of food poisoning.
"Don't worry everyone," Reid wrote. "I'm all good and healthy. I got seafood poisoning and hurt my back on the jetski but I'm all better. Thanks for caring!"

The actress seemed to be in good spirits, even giving a lighthearted defense for her outfit in the photo accompanying TMZ's report, in which she's clutching her stomach. "By the way to all you haters, I love my Adidas track suits," Reid said. "When you're going on the small boat to the big one it protects you from getting wet!"
