The Talk Taps Aisha Tyler as Co-Host

Aisha Tyler will join CBS' The Talk as co-host, Deadline reports.
Tyler, 41. begins her new gig on Monday and will sit alongside co-hosts Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sheryl Underwood and Sharon Osbourne. She and Underwood replace Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete who exited the show in August.

Tyler, whose credits include Friends and Ghost Whisperer, already has some hosting experience. Besides previously guesting on the talk show, she hosted E!'s Talk Soup in 2001.
