Tabatha Coffey will attempt to transform her first café on Thursday's episode of Tabatha Takes Over.
"The owner had a really hard time with changing so there's a lot of resistance there," Coffey tells TVGuide.com. In what the hair stylist calls one of her favorite episodes, viewers will see Coffey call the owner out about berating her own sister-in-law in the kitchen. (Watch a preview here.) Still, Coffey says, "I liked [the owner's] story a lot and it was actually fun for me to work with her."
Coffey, who began her television career as a fan-favorite contestant on Bravo's Shear Genius, says that even after four seasons of doing her own show, she's still surprised by what she finds.

"I sometimes say to myself, 'I will never see something as bad as whatever the situation is at the moment,' and something always comes along to surprise me all over again," she says. "But the thing that's so remarkable is that this is life-changing. Going into a lot of these businesses and the outcome they have really does change their perspective on life and truly changes their lives because their businesses get better. ... Sometimes they're more successful than they thought they ever would be. It's a really great thing to have a small part in that."
Tabatha Takes Over airs on Thursdays at 10/9c on Bravo.
