TNT Cancels Dark Blue

TNT has canceled Dark Blue, according to The Futon Critic.
The cop drama, starring Dylan McDermott, averaged 2.25 million viewers in its second season. That's significantly below the network's other series; The Closer averaged 7.21 million viewers last season and new drama Rizzoli & Isles averaged 6.89 million.

Even Hawthorne, the least-buzzed about of the network's shows, averaged 3.09 million viewers.
Dark Blue was executive produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.
A rep for the series did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
