Sunday, May 3
Family Guy (9 pm/ET): Drew Barrymore voices Brian's ex, Jillian, while Hills girls Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge cameo, along with Jay Leno, Craig Ferguson and Jimmy Fallon.

Thursday, May 7
Bones (8pm): In this hotly debated episode, Brennan surprises Booth with a request to father her child, which leads Booth to imagine Family Guy's baby curmudgeon, Stewie.

Monday, May 11:
House (8 pm): In the season finale, as a patient with two distinct personalities confounds the team, Cuddy insists House make up for lost time at the clinic by spending time with a new patient, played by Emmy winner Carl Reiner.

24 (9 pm): Jack's daughter is back! Elisha Cuthbert guests as the countdown heats up.

Tuesday, May 12:
Fringe (9 pm): The return of a bioterrorist, an unexpected attack and the disappearance of Walter make for an edge-of-your-seat season closer. Plus: Leonard Nimoy guests as the mysterious Dr. William Bell in the season finale.

Friday, May 15:
Prison Break (8 pm): After four seasons, familiar faces return to help Michael Scofield & Co. bring down The Company once and for all. The show says goodbye with an action-packed, two-hour series finale.

Monday, May 18:
24 (8 pm-10 pm): After 22 hours of non-stop drama, in the final hour of the season, Jack "reaches an emotional tipping point."

Tuesday, May 19:
American Idol (8 pm): The top two finalists face off for the top spot in America's hearts.

Glee (9 pm): In a special preview screening of the pilot episode of Fox's new musical comedy, an optimistic high-school teacher (Matthew Morrison) tries to refuel his own passion while challenging a group of outcasts to shine through a reinvented glee club.

Wednesday, May 20:
American Idol (8 pm): The Top 13 perform together for the last time, and Ryan Seacrest reveals America's next reigning Idol.
