Survivor "Villain" Russell Arrested on Battery Charges

Russell Hantz, a contestant on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains and a runner-up of Survivor: Samoa, was arrested on battery charges early Friday morning in Louisiana.

Hantz was arrested near a nightclub in Lafayette, La., after allegedly pushing a female victim, Lafayette Police Department spokesman Paul Mouton told TVGuide.com. He was arrested on charges of simple battery.
The 37-year-old is one of the "villains" still in contention to win the current season of Survivor now airing on CBS.
