Spartacus is back, and when the bloody action series returns, the storied hero is fighting harder than ever for his freedom.
"Spread word to all the slaves," Spartacus, now played by Liam McIntyre, says in the trailer, "that even the mighty republic bleeds when struck." And just like the first season of the Starz series — and its prequel — there's plenty of violence.
