Showtime Developing Dark Drama
The Angry Buddhist
Showtime is developing a new drama based on the upcoming novel, The Angry Buddhist, according to Deadline.
The book, written by Big Love's Seth Greenland, is about three brothers: a cop studying Buddhism, a criminal and a scheming U.S. Congressman running for his third term.
David Kanter will executive-produce the project along with Greenland. The book is out next Tuesday.
